Numismatic Associations

The Cuban Numismatic Association was founded in 2004 with the goal of encouraging and promoting Cuban numismatic knowledge, culture, education and fraternal relations among the numismatic community. The CNA holds an annual meeting at the Winter FUN Convention.


Founded in 1955, the Florida United Numismatists is an organization dedicated to involving and growing the numismatic community both in Florida and throughout the world. FUN holds annual Winter and Summer conventions which are well attended by Cuban collectors and dealers.


The American Numismatic Association, founded in 1891, is an educational organization dedicated to educating and encouraging people to study and collect money and related items. The Association serves the academic community, collectors and the general public with an interest in numismatics.


For Cuban numismatists not in sunny Florida, The Central States Numismatic Society, founded in 1939, also one of the larger numismatic organizations in the United States with membership fluctuating around 2,000. CSNS operates in a 13 state Midwestern region but membership is open to residents of all states and foreign countries.
